Five founding professors and advocates of conscious business, including the Economics of Mutuality Foundation, have founded a group of academics committed to embedding consciousness, ethics, mutual value creation, and sustainability into the heart of management education. The group recently convened in Barcelona to launch the program and aims to expand the network worldwide.
The alliance is a collaborative network of educators and institutions who wish to transform the way business is taught — fostering conscious leadership and practices that honor people, planet, and purpose.
The alliance will host forums, virtual conferences, webinars, and ‘train-the-educators’ events. It is is co-developing a new multidisciplinary teaching curriculum demonstrating how stakeholders as well as shareholders can benefit from what they feel is a superior form of mutual value creation with consciousness at its core.
