ESM Library Provides Comprehensive Resources for Stakeholder Engagement

As part of its outreach effort for strategic people management, the Enterprise Engagement Alliance maintains two regularly updated libraries of links to information on Stakeholder Engagement and the Incentive Rewards and Recognition (IRR) fields.
 
The Enterprise Engagement Alliance has created two online libraries focused respectively on Stakeholder Engagement and Total Rewards, encompassing the IRR field. The goal is to support more emphasis on a strategic and systematic approach to engaging stakeholders across the enterprise and to elevate the effectiveness and measurability of Stakeholder Engagement efforts.
