MaritzCX Names 'CX Elite' Award Winners

MaritzCX recently announced the winners of its 2017 CX Elite awards, recognizing excellence in customer experience strategy, execution and results. In all, 15 organizations were honored with an award this year in the following categories:
  • Positive Return on Investment (ROI) of a CX Program: Abbott Diagnostics, Ohio Mutual Insurance Group and TriZetto
  • Most Improved CX Program: Anheuser-Busch, Associated Bank, Blue Shield of California, C.H. Robinson, Cummins & Cummins, Inc., Eastern Bank, and Reliant  
  • Global Impact of a CX Program: Aegon UK and Enterprise Holdings  
  • Other Enhancements within a CX Program: Bangor Savings Bank, Northwestern Mutual, and SunTrust  
“The CX Elite Award lets us celebrate the ingenuity and creativity companies and organizations are employing to further improve the customer experience, loyalty and retention,” says MaritzCX CEO Mike Sinoway. “Each of this year’s winning programs is evidence of the research, focus and drive the companies and organizations are delivering every day to raise the CX bar.
