Business Leaders, Experts Headline Engagement University, April 25-28 in Orlando

Senior corporate executives in human capital management and marketing, together with leading experts and academics in many key areas of engagement, will provide a roadmap for the implementation of Enterprise Engagement at Engagement University, April 25-28, 2016 at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. The education program is co-sponsored by the C-Suite Network, which has an audience of over 175,000 executives, most of them at companies with sales over $10 million.

Engagement University is part of Engagement World, a new national event featuring multiple education programs and education focusing on all aspects of engagement, co-located during the same week so that organizations can cost- and time-effectively educate their managers in marketing, human resources, customer service, operations, financer and other key areas on this critical emerging field – now considered a top priority by high percentages of executives in recent surveys.

Attendees to Engagement University can attend at no additional charge the Red Diamond Congress education program on face-to-face engagement presented by the Exhibit & Event Marketers Association (E2MA) April 25-27; the Rewards & Recognition University and Expo, April 27-28, and the Loyalty Academy, April 26, presented by the Wise Academy.

Engagement University Plenary Session speakers will include:
  • Elaine Page, Chief Talent & HR Solutions Officer, and Ally Bunin, Assistant Vice President, Organizational Communications, for Northwell Health, on how one of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations is profiting from an enterprise approach to engagement.
  • Regina Wharton, Senior Vice President or Human Resources, Southeast Region, and Marsha Thornton, Vice President and Engagement Strategy Manager, Fifth Third Bank, on this company’s decades-long focus on linking customer and employee engagement.
  • Kevin Sheridan, New York Times best-selling business author, engagement pioneer and entrepreneur on why the time has come for organizations to formalize their engagement strategies.
  • Gary Rhoads, Professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Brigham Young University, on why this field is now critical to almost every organization. Rhoads is not only one of the academic founders of Enterprise Engagement, but an entrepreneur who helped launched one of the earliest leaders in the field.

In addition to the Plenary Sessions, attendees will be able to attend breakout sessions presented by industry leaders on how the field of engagement is affecting such critical issues as leadership, assessment, recruiting, diversity, communications, loyalty & retention, rewards & recognition and other critical areas.

Says Allan Schweyer, Curriculum Chair of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance and co-author of Enterprise Engagement: The Textbook, “An enterprise approach to engagement forces many organizations to re-examine the way they manage their brand, recruit and retain people, and achieve the most granular goals, from increasing sales and customer loyalty to improving quality, productivity and wellness. With so much compelling proof connecting properly designed engagement strategies with organizational results, and the availability of a clear implementation roadmap, there’s simply no longer any reason why almost any organization cannot profit from engagement in a highly measurable way.”
